- Day 1, Friday 12 February: a full business and wellness programme, followed by a formal gala dinner
- Day 2, Saturday 13 February: a guided safari game drive, structured business networking and an evening African boma experience

Dates and accommodation
Your ticket includes three nights: Thursday 11, Friday 12 and Saturday 13 February 2027, with checkout on Sunday 14 February.
- Thursday 11 February: airport pickups and your first hotel night
- Friday 12 February: Day 1 full programme, formal gala dinner, overnight stay
- Saturday 13 February: Day 2 safari, networking, evening boma, overnight stay
- Sunday 14 February: breakfast, checkout and scheduled airport transfers
Standard is twin sharing: two paying delegates per room, in separate beds where available. VIP is a private room. Flights are not included, and any extra nights outside 11, 12 and 13 February must be arranged and paid for separately.
Included airport transfers are STRICTLY for arrivals on Thursday 11 February 2027 and departures on Sunday 14 February 2027 ONLY. If you arrive or leave on any other date, you arrange and pay for your own transfers.
Getting here
The retreat takes place in the Greater Johannesburg and Gauteng safari region of South Africa. The venue will be announced once it is confirmed.

Yes. Once we have verified your identity, your registration and the confirmed venue details, we can issue an invitation letter. The letter does not guarantee a South African visa, and you remain responsible for checking requirements and obtaining approval.
Safaris depend on park rules, vehicle capacity, weather, daylight and wildlife conditions. Game drives may run in staggered groups so everyone gets a place.
