She is an international finance executive, entrepreneur, and business leader with over 13 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, governance, business strategy, and executive leadership.

As the Group CEO of Neeps Group, she leads a diversified business group delivering accounting, CFO advisory, taxation, corporate structuring, business consulting, technology solutions, and international expansion services. Through their businesses, they partner with entrepreneurs, SMEs, and multinational organisations to build financially resilient, compliant, and scalable enterprises across the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Mauritius, and Kenya.

Alongside her corporate leadership, she is the Founder and President of Female Founders Initiative Global, a global organisation dedicated to empowering women entrepreneurs through access to funding, international markets, leadership development, strategic partnerships, and cross-border collaboration. Since its establishment, Female Founders Initiative Global has grown into an international network connecting founders, investors, policymakers, and business leaders across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and North America.

Her career has been built on helping businesses grow sustainably through sound financial leadership, strategic planning, governance, and innovation. She has advised organisations across multiple industries on financial transformation, international expansion, regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, investment readiness, and executive decision-making.

Beyond business, she is passionate about building ecosystems that create opportunities for entrepreneurs and contribute to economic development. She believes that access to capital, knowledge, mentorship, and global networks can transform businesses, communities, and economies.

She is honoured to serve as an Official Speaker at KazanForum (2025 & 2026) and as a Conversationalist at the Reykjavík Global Forum – Women Leaders (2024 & 2025&2026), contributing to global conversations on entrepreneurship, finance, leadership, innovation, and women’s economic empowerment.
